I wonder if the CBI believes that people are so stupid as to believe their 'theory'. I firmly suspect that the servant was up to no good, and the killer showed up at the Talwars' house to finish him off. Unfortunately for Aarushi, she might have witnessed the murder, and so may have been killed herself. No one in their right minds would have killed their own child under their own roof... the Talwars come across as very intelligent people, and I doubt that they'd have committed this crime, that too in their own home. CBI, you should try harder.

Just imagine what the parents are going thru. they dint give the key to the terrace bec they did not find it. they were in a state of shock and had no idea what to do. if u see ur daughter in such a state how can u think logically. bec the servant was missing obviously they thought he did it. besides i think its some professional killer who has done it and they came for the servant and the girl was a witness hence her death. just feel bad for the parents who just lost their life. the CBI i dont know how they can be such idiots.
If this guy can get a post mortem report hushed up so easily, in such a high profile media case, then why call the cops in the first place? Just get a false death certificate and cover up the crime as a natural disease related death, quickly cremate the body and flow the ashes down the Yamuna. Finito.
SOmething is rotten in the state of Denmark. THere are just too many holes.

see it is very easy to do so but in that case too question will pop up so to be on a better place they didnt planned that now plz answer my questions 1- when somebody entered there house murdered there daughter they kept sleeping :O 2- they have 1 landline minimum 2 mobiles with they but they didnt called the cop when they found there daughter murdered ? were they waiting for the witness to see they were innocent ? 3- why do they want to close the investigation no one in any condition will ask for such thing

You seem to be an expert in criminal psychology and investigation. Why don't you join as assistant for ACP Pratyuman, you can really do wonders.
Firstly, I wonder if an efficient criminal would do murder, in his / her own house.
Second, why shut all doors etc.?
Third, why kill the servant and dump his body upstairs, lock the door, and call the police? Even a 5th standard pass, colony watchman will check the premises and ask to go the terrace, and surrounding areas to look for evidence.

They may have destroyed certain evidence or hiding something they know, with the fear of getting tainted in the society, but murdering their own daughter at their own house seems like a fools play! anyways, lets just wait for the final verdict..

SEX is a BIG deal, for middle class people. For the wealthy, it is another aspect of enjoying life.
1) Honor Killing - DISQUALIFIED: Highly unlikely that an educated & wealthy urbanite will kill his daughter because she was having sex with the domestic help. Yes, the servant could be sacked, the child fired, even maybe slapped, sent away to her grandparents, cufew, stop pocket money, blah, blah, blah.
2) Wife Swapping - DISQUALIFIED: Eventually an offspring, especially in today's world, will find out about parents' activities (except Swiss Bank A/c no.). Wife swapping, again is a consensual thing, and those who do it are not ashamed in anyway. Suppose the child had seen / come to know and was a problem, what was the need to kill her? Send her away to a top boarding school, a female version of Lovedale (Nilgiris) or Doon. Finally, what's UK's public shcools for? Send her away, finito. Or stop swapping for a few weeks / months. MURDER, that too your own blood?? That's crazy, these guys are wife swappers (if that), not mercenaries sleeping with the vanquished enemies' women!

3) Pregnancy too late for abortion - DISQUALIFIED: Someone suggested that maybe the girl got pregnant and it was too late for an abortion. If find this hard to beleive. In such a case, the baby could easily be allowed to be born, and baby and child mother sent off to another country. We are dealing with wealthy educated people.
Cannot fathom out that when the CBI had so much evidence as given now, how did they wait so long. It was only on the direction of the Court that they have given the evidence against the Talwars. This just goes to prove that the CBI are manuplating cases and there is no faith left in them in other words they too are corrupt. Strict action should be taken against the CBI and Officers involved in the Aarushi case.
