if mr seikh aruges that his client Ms. Maria was acting under duress, it doesn't hold any water. When she went out to buy a chopper or hire a car she could have easily surrendered to police and confessed her innocence. But instead she carried all these and helped emile to do the obnoxious act of cutting grover's body.
i am sure the judge had overlooked many points and justice was not done.

i am sure media wont play active role in bringing Ms Maria to book because she is a woman. Because manu sharma was a man he was axed. We live in world full of hypocrisy.
Ms. Maria is epitome of characterless behaviour and we are endorsing such behaviour by sympathizing with her.
The women in effluent society are quite different than the poor class. A section of women in upper class society do not hesitate to use their physical attribute to take advantages for climbing the job ladder, developing political connections & gaining influences, , uncalled-for sympathy etc. This section of women is growing along with the economic progress of this country. The gender oriented law favorable for female and unjustifiable reservations, tax exemptions, misunderstood women lib all adding fuel to the fire.
Indian society is horribly divided. The faultliines run deep into the psyche, ethos and culture of the people. North Indian culture is entirely different from south- north indians have different attitude to life, different way of thinking, different view of life from south. This is the main faultline in Indian society and there is no way this will ever be bridged. Though INdians may talk nonsense about unity in diversity, pluralism etc the fact is diversity only creates trust deficit it never creates unity.

UPA must simplify laws, award punishment for all offenders.Lawa must be punishing for crime prevention. Laws now encourage crime.Law prevents nothing, but breeds crime as NHRC fights for criminals not preventing.Corruption,rape, murder, crime can be prevented if no Bail, confiscate the crime property, victim is looked after& compensated by crime family.MPS will not bring this .Peope must wake up.We must banish crime , murders, rape.
