Good end to gory brutal crime, however Justice served
by Whiteman on Jul 01, 2011 01:24 PM  | Hide replies

I think Grover deserved his end. In fact every youth hooligan, politician in the country, should know that by taking advantage of anybody, their bodies will be cut into 300 pieces. Fault of Grovers parents alos for spoiling him, they deserved to see the gory end of a child that they never knew how to control. They never taught him good things in their life. In fact by seeing his father looks typical greedy, lusty character who may have passed on his criminal mentality & culture into Grover. Like in movies Gulshan grover the murderer dies a gory end. Justice is served to all three parties in this crime. Youths in the country are inspired to cut the bodies of rapists, sex criminals into 300 pieces and serve it to stray dogs. Every INDIAN is inspired by Emile. The lesson is particularly required in Delhi, UP and North India, where I urge people to kill rapists mercilessly into 300-500 pieces and feed it to the dogs. Ofcourse justice will be served but in a country where rapists roam scot free, and police are not able to control crime, brutal murders are the only resort. Lovers shopuld murder rapists and take 10 years sentence, thats good for the Indian society. REMEMBER GROVERS 300 pieces, I hope his parents counted his body parts before cremation.

You sick perverted moron! Without any basis you are heaping scorn and pouring vitriol on a dead man! Not only that you are humiliating his old parents call him all names! Are you the brother or friend of MAria? I know you live in USA. With this kid of filthy attitude, you are NOT a human being but a barbarian! This is what your religion teaches? On what basis you made up this biblical story of yours? If you have balls, come to India and say these things in open! Your bone and flesh will not be presrnt for your dirty, filthy parents to even recognize! I swear it!

I'm wondering how justice is served by allowing to roam free, a person, who was in a relationship with one person, decided to simultaneously enjoy with another person, resulting in the death of one and jail sentence for another of her lovers.

Interesting situation

First a disclaimer: I don't know any of these people personally, my views are based on scaps from the media. This is a tragedy.

1) Neeraj & Maria were in a casual relationship, while Maria herself was in another relationship with Emile.

I think it was extremely wrong on Maria's part to two time, it is just like any man, two timing his girlfriend.

Second, Neeraj himself, was to blame, if he knew about Emile's role in Maria's life.

Finally, Emile, himself, behaved like a mad man on hormones, which all of us are at times.

The difference between the three is that Maria is clearly a manipulator & gets set free or at least gets released with a minimum sentence. She will be back very soon in the limelight, as Sherlock Holmes would say, "this person will go far in her career of ..."

Neeraj Grover is the exploiter, and gets killed for his exploitation.

Finally, Emile, a straightforward guy, who can't control his behaviour, ends up with the long end of the stick.

I personally feel Maria would have been better off being put away for 3 - 4 decades behind bars, that would send a message. Today's message is that, its OK to sleep around, as long as you don't get killed by your boyfriend. Infact, if Maria had just reported the matter to the police immediately, maybe she would have been feted as an upright citizen, while Emile would still be put away for 10 years & Neeraj end up dead, even tho

Verdict Grover case.
by Ganesh Surath on Jul 01, 2011 12:53 PM

It is surprising that the Judge took no cognizance of the fact that the two accused committed a barbaric act after the murder and solely on the arguments put forward by the defence that the accused had no intention to kill but was an uncontrolled act generated at the spur of the moment.Such judgments show the judiciary in poor light.
