There is something not right about the functioning of democracy in this country. If an MLA/MP can be elected to the house by getting maximum number of votes polled (even if it is much less than 50%), then biggest single party should be able to form the government-even if does not get 50% of the seats. Otherwise aspirants of MLA/MP post should be needed to pool their votes polled, till such time one pool collects more than 50% of the votes. Then the majority winning group can choose one of them to represent the constituency. Methods and procedures followed at the top, should be applicable to lower levels as well. Otherwise public is being fooled, and real representatives of electorate are being cheated of power.
PM should make good intractions with indian media.But media also should change their strtagy.They should come under RTI to be more responsible on their news stories.Most of Journalists are misusing their previleages.Ther being influenced by gossips and opponents of their news victim.RTI-it will not be against froodom of expression-they enjoy Govt fecilities and why not media.They have argued to include PM under Lokpal and CBI under RTI.Hunting is thrilling hobby for hunters.But once an arrow strikes then they will know the pain of prey.
Everyone blames others for corruption whereas we all are corrupt that has made us reach this situation. so we are really interested in getting out of this we do not have to make any drastic changes. what we shall make a notification that from 1st July'2011, all private and Govt. organisations shall have to mark the date and time of receipt and dispatch of each file from every ones table. The max. permissible time limit is 24 hours else the person on whose table the file got delayed shall be penalized one months salary of each delay. whether he is PM or a clerk. on three consecutive such delays shall make him unfit for the jog and shall be chucked out of the job with immediate effect and no future assistance shall be admissible to him like; medical facility, pension, etc.etc. Believe me it works for real.
