Two Indian-Americans - two young governors - two persons who converted from their parents' religion to another religion for expediency. Two political go-getters. India Abroad should be congratulated for selling India to the West and for arranging for the selection, purchase and control of several Indian politicians.

JSK - do you want Indians to work in USA as Punjabis which is lie, steal and cheat? Americans are smart they will immediately kick out the Punjabi or Pakistani-mentality type.

ALL ARE INDIANS
by prajyoth pradeep on Jun 27, 2011 11:41 AM

There are lots of NRIs not working for the American government. Indian's are the richest community in the U.S. They drive most of USA's science and research and contribute the most to their economy. NRIs even though they have left the country for better opportunities definitely have made Indians at home proud with their achievements.
*They are the ones who support us when Indian sports teams go abroad.
*They contribute money towards Indian causes.
*If any thing bad about India and its culture is projected in foreign lands, its they who oppose and reject it. They do stand for our country. There are those who complain about our country but so do we. Its only natural that we dislike people who have left the country but we have to realize that they are also Indians who have gone for better opportunities and many are coming back.
We should be proud of country and try to make it better and proud of our Indians abroad too.

by spollops on Jun 27, 2011 01:42 AM

whattabout millions of countless, hard working women, of indian origin, with regular indian husbands?

she herself married to indian rajiv,
despite her earlier several b-friend episodes in europe and arabia.

then why is she promoting only those indians,
who are with white boys?

Dead wrong in your erroneous assessment. It is precisely because I did not sell out and proudly retained my religion, my culture and my roots that I can be critical of those that have sold out.

she is well qualified to be in top in the US. Qualification no;1
Abandoned original faith to assume Christianity. Other poineers: Obama, Bobby Jindal etc.
poor Indian voters are a class in this respect. They won't pay much attention to whether the candidate belongs to a particular reliogion alone can lead.
