if shevanand or whatever his name is try to prevent this then put him behind bar. he has no right to keep his body does not matter if he became sanyasi or not. parents has first right to cremate him not any other.

Sivanand is guru of Nigamanand so he has the right. Or better to do it combined
Uttakand sangh govt wanted to bury him asap so as to cover the tortue treatment meted out to this swamiji. Army should invade uttarkand and retirve the body of swamiji
