PMO has to look into its affairs before compromising strategic departments. This is an anti-national decision by PMO... even if they are indulging in corrupt practices, some government departments have to be dealt more discreetly than pull them into public.

israelis may have forced our RAW to buy UAVs in order for them to share intelligence data which Mossad specializes the best. Some purchases are not tactical but more strategic in nature.

there are many more deals that need to be unearthed than strategic deals and sensitive organisations. for your kind information, RAW has to disburse money among enemies enemy, who naturally becomes our friend. kahi tho aisa area hoga jaha apne corrpution nahi kiya ? CAG instead of coming up with report where coruption is there - to simplify ur work - just come up with reports where corruption was not there - it will help cgress to focus on those areas
