Instead of blaming govt. why not media not covered Swami Nigmanand's story extensively as they covered Swami Ramdev's story. I t is clear that media came to know this only after his death and that too by congressmen's propagand and now media is crying after BJP. this again seems to me some kinda conspiracy
It is a national shame that Swami Nigamanand had to die for sacred Ganga. Ganga is sacred not only for Hindus but also for the entire nation. When a billionare Baba Ramdev fasted for a few days for misterious reasons top BJP leaders gathered around him. The opposition leader, Mrs. Sushama Swaraj lost her control and danced in the midnight for Ramdev. At the same time Swami Nigamanand was fighting for his life in the same hospital for a real cause and that too in a BJP ruled state. It shows the double standard and political opportunitism of BJP and RSS. Was it that Ramdev was a billionare and Swami Nigamanand had only his clothes as assets or that BJP could gain political mileage from Ramdev issue? The media also failed to highlight Swami Nigamanand's case while flocking around Ramdev. It is a national shame, ofcourse.
Noone had won a cause or a war by dieing fasting. The departed swami should have known that fasting and satyagrah is meant to create awareness and a platform for talks and negotiations. Ramdev knew better and scored public sympathy and political mileage by fasting and then abandoning the quest at the right time!
A real baba who could withstand his fast sice Feb died and fake baba who could not withstand fast for 7 days came out well.. had fake baba not been admitted to jolly grant hospital and hospital authorities had not diverted attention to fake baba, probably real baba Nigamananda could have been saved.. probe to be conducted and hospital authorities be tried for negligence and fake baba for causing interruption to essential services..
What a contrast? Who is a good man between Baba & Nigamananda? Answer is loud & clear. Still Baba is shameless. How mad RSS or self proclaimed civil society leaders are??? Sacrifice of Nigamananda will pay off very soon.
Where was 24x7 news channels like Times Now and Goswami, who can cover Ramdev and some injury for several days togather and can cover Anna with some few thousand people round the clock, but never mentioned Swami Ngiamanand.
Where was dancing Sushma with her crocodile tears and RSS, when Swami died for corruption on the banks of Ganga in a BJP state

Actually because of BJP he died. Thats why Sonia is on holiday.
