it seems congress leadership is divided on this issue. P.M and others wanted to pacify him tactfully and so sent 4 ministers etc, but the others are apprehensive to not allow any link to black money and also to discredit the p.m they used brutal force. government if at all wanted to abort the movement could have given a warning and an hour os so to vacate the area who wanted to save them selves and leave peacefully. U.P.A is falling apart
It is remarkable! The same police organisation which is helpless in solving murder cases, Major lootings and corruption cases of congress associates for decades, is very efficient and fast when the case involves bosses' son or dog, or even people exposing congress!
Both Baba Ramdev may not succeed in rooting out corruption unless there is unity and understanding established with out hindering the public peace.In this case Ramdev should not be allowed to observe such fast which in this country is taken granted for display of rowdism and flouting of general norms in the course of proceedings.I don't understand why the Govt. has shown undue importance for this self styled yogaman who want to exploit the public sympathy.Will the so called BJP will root out the corruption and bring back the black money if they come to power?Unless combined and united action is taken by all party corruption cannot be rooted out even after 100 years in India.

The problem is that they get to power by hook or crook - by stitching unethical coalitions post-polls. Guess what brings the cronies together? The newly-found catch word - "Keep BJP out of power at any cost"!! :)

Agreed.Even if Baba Ramdev is a wrong person to initiate mass movement against corruption,the action at Ramleela grounds is wrong.Every individual must think and act aganist corruption, and then only something will happen positively.Remember JP's movement-supressed by Emergency and finally did not start at all.The same congress now trying the same tactics against any movement to root-out corruption.May God save our posterity. The Government is harsh to those who want to eliminate curreption and is soft to those who are currupt. The PM is majboor. The poloce action in Noida by Maya Govt against voilents,miscreants is untolerable to Congress and UPA govt but lathis and inhuman action on peaceful persons who want action against curruption is being justified by UPA Govt. The minister had already issued a warning statement on TV TO bABA that 'we can reign in also" Inshort it is undelared emergency.

Why don't you take the oppurtunity of agreeing to what he is saying since it makes sense & give death penalty to whoever does corruption.
