I agree with you and we have to keep the checks in the curriculum & teaching staff like any other school by the school board - just to keep away extremists e.g. left, right, up or down from the basics of becoming a good human being.
Sarva Shiksha is the key for a nation's development !

simple coz india is a multireligion country and as per our constitution everyone has the right to get education!!!!!

one more thing today in metros people feel proud to send their kids in convent and church administered schools!!!!!
Education for All must be Free includes books & notes until 12th Standard. With Lunch.So that children can get education. Schools must teach at least basic knowledge of all the major religions in India. This is must part of the syllabus
But in the same time government must have some control so that it these schools doesn't falls in the hands of Anti-National, Anti-Human, Caste politics, Religious Fundamentalists.
