The govt rejected the Anna bill draft & they (Govt)prepare their own draft to place in the parliament. that govt bill as per Kapil Sibal govt can't guarantee about the passing of Lokapl bill.It is just to fool the indians. They will never pass any Lokapl bill
Communal riots bill ------------------- 1. minorities, SC/ST are declared permanent victims. 2. hindu upper caste & hindu OBCs are declared permanent culprits.
Implementation -------------- If a minority or SC/ST attacks and kills anyone of hindu upper caste/OBCs, there will be no punishment for the culprits. The hindu upper caste/OBCs (if still alive) will be punished. If they are dead, their family will be punished.
If a minority and SC/ST fight each other, or two minorities fight each other, they can not be punished.
To retaliate against minority attack, hindu upper caste/OBCs will have to take help of SC/ST, to avoid punishment.
We true Indians request to media to telecost only Janta Views / Opinions on corruption and during Mr Anna fast at Janter Manter . Please do not support these Lutere leaders / Decoits .Please help nation to get past glorious status again. Regards
