All victims must be ensured a govt. job to earn their bread instead of compensating them once by few chips. They are honest citizens of India and ready to work-not KAMCHOR like many govt. servants.
really sad on reading this story. This happened to a straight forward man, poor but still having respect for value and leading a honest life, (remember here the dishonest methods used by rich & powerful Congress & DMK laders to loot public money, and still their current drama attempts to dump the PAC questions, instead of correcting their mistakes, & accpeting punishments,), in a country where even Kasabs, Afsal Gurus are kept under safe custody by Govt for votebank.

In India even the PM is not honest. dailypioneer brought about 2G Scam well in June or July2008 iussue, and Sadiq Basha plan to sell stake of Greenhouse Promoters to other Telecom co.
PM was silent, Congress was silent and all of them silently allowed the crime to happen, then now even Sadiq Batcha also silenced.
Sonia lie to Parliment on many issues, including her education. Raghul was captured by FBi in US in Sep2001 - while attempting to smuggle 160000 usd @ Boston airport. Sonia is accused of having morethan 2Billion USD in her Swiss bank account (indian tax payers money - routed via KGB).
All these people including the many VIPs involved in 2G SCam are safe in Tihar jail or outside.
People finding a legal way of earning, inspite of a small amount are not safe in India.
Honesty is missing even at the PM level in India. People who show it even the lowest level, inspite of the poverty are killed in bomb blast. Is the bomb blast is jealous work of Dishonest politicians who cannot digest the honesty of these lower level poor people?
it depends in which state you die? how ghastly you die, if you die from Air, you get 75 Lac, if you die of flood you get 1 Lac, if die of terror reason you get 5 Lac, so it varies. If you die while paying taxes, you get kicks for not paying them before time.
Even becoming kin of terrorist in J & K is better, gov is helping their kins to settle down in life. Though never get associated with Saffron terror, green terror is as good as green revolution!!!
