Govt only give comments after blast, because only ordinary persons dead if any minister or centeral miniter dead in blast then they will think bout terror attack.
Ammonium Nitrate(AL2NO3)powder is cheaply and easily available in open market... In Delhi bomb blasts also, those chemicals were bought from local market only...

He can write a book for How CM function in state which is help & guide to all other CM. He is giving excellent performance in his state eventhough central government not fully supported due to he is opposition party CM in the state. Liquor sales income is the one of the main for making budget ever year in every state and all states are depend on this sale. But this dynamic person developing the state in condition of banned the liquor in his state. This is respect of our father of nation Mahatma Gandhi
