by bihari babu on Jul 17, 2011 12:45 PM

All indian sages asked us to do meditation and learn abour our true self. they did not say be blind followers. these temple says god will give you. they teach shorcut and leziness. thats factory of producing currupt mind.
its time we wake up if want to save india and hinduism. open meditation center and inspire masses to do meditation. jai hind.

All that wealth is Sri Anantha Padmanabhaswamy temple ASSET only
by Ananad on Jul 15, 2011 02:34 PM  | Hide replies

All that wealth found at the Sri Anantha Padmanabhaswamy temple at Thiruvanathapuram belongs to the great God Sri Anantha Padmanabhaswamy ONLY and ONLY and ONLY and to His, Sri Anantha Padma Swamy temple ONLY and ONLY and ONLY. PERIOD. Let the treasure be left alone alone safely in the same temple cellars as it was found and as it is currently lying along with enhanced, tight and secured security for at least another 500 years. I would like to take this opportunity to express my heart felt appreciation to the great Kings of Travancore royal family for preserving this much enormous wealth, till to date, so meticulously and so in tact. Hats off to their down to earth approach, honesty, modest way of living, integrity, love and devotion they have for the God Sri Anantha Padmanabha Swamy. And also equally my heartfelt appreciation to their greatest will in resisting the ever tempting temptation of living flamboyantly, showily, ostentatiously and lavishly like many, if not all, of their contemporary royals did during their life time. All this wealth should be managed even in the future by this royal family only. Let government provide the required security and safety and then allow the Travancore royal family ONLY TO CONTINUE TO MANAGE THIS TEMPLE AND ALL THIS WEALTH as they were and are so effectively and securely doing over the centuries to till date.

(Continued)……… By the by as the years passes the antique value of the articles increases by leaps and bounds and so the value of this wealth. And also the intrinsic and inherent value of the gold, diamonds, emeralds, pearls etc, etc always increases by many folds as with the passage of years. So even from investment point of view, keeping that wealth safely, securely and in tact for another 500 years is the best investment option. No attempt should be allowed by anyone to convert these articles into highly inflation prone paper money or cash (of any denomination like Rupee, Dollar, Euro, Pound etc, etc) through auctions or by sales. Paper money has no intrinsic and inherent value and so as such it always loses its value by many folds through inflation and by the consequent devaluation.

LORD PADMANABHA SWAMY , THIRUVANANTHAPURAM,KERALA
by BHAVARAJU NARAYANA MURTY on Jul 14, 2011 02:36 AM  | Hide replies

IT IS BEYOND COMPREHENSION HOW THE PROPERTY OF LORD PADMANABHA SWAMY IS BROUGHT INTO MEANINGLESS DISCUSSION.WHERE IS THE DOUBT? IT IS NOT A TREASURE BUT HIS PROPERTY SAFEGUARDED SELFLESSLY FOR CENTURIES UNDER EXTRAORDINARY SAFETY MEASURES AND LOCK AND KEY. HOW IS IT DIFFERENT FROM THE PROPER SAFECUSTODY OF AN INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY? CAN YOU IMPOSE YOUR OPINIONS AND AUTHORITY SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OF YOUR CHOICE? CAN YOU ASK ANY RELIGIOUS BODY FOR THEIR FUNDS OR PROPERTY AS PER YOUR WISH AND OPINION? IT IS FOR THAT BODY AND THE PEOPLE MANAGING IT'S AFFAIRS IN THE NAME OF THE LORD TO THINK OF THE WAYS OF SPENDING AS PER THE LORD'S WISH. LORD PADMANABHA SWAMY MAY WEAR ALL THOSE ORNAMENTS AND CROWNS ON OCCASIONS AS PER HIS WISH AND FESTIVALS. WHO ARE WE TO SUGGEST LIKE SOCIAL UPLIFTMENT PROGRAMMES OR MUSEUMS? AS WE ALL KNOW, THE POLITICIANS ,GOVTS,AND THEIR SO CALLED POVERTY ALLEVIATION PROGRAMMES WILL ONLY RESULT IN EATING AWAY THIS PROPERTY AND MAKE THE LORD THE POOREST OF THE POOR IN NO TIME. LET US NOT PLAY ALSO WITH THE GODS AND THEIR PROPERTIES. IT IS DANGEROUS AND THE CONSEQUENCES WILL BE UNIMAGINABLE FOR THE MANKIND. THERE IS A LIMIT FOR HUMAN GREEDINESS AND SELFISHNESS AND THAT LINE SHOULD NEVER BE CROSSED. THE ROYALS OF TRAVANCORE WHO ARE THE DASAS OF THE LORD DESERVE ALL OUR PRAISE AND GRATITUDE.LET US CONCENTRATE ON BRINGING THE GREATEST GRANDEUR TO THE LORD AND HIS ABODE AT LEAST NOW. GOD BLESS US WITH WISDOM. B.N.MURTY,BOSTON,

You are so right in your comments. My only suggestion is please try to put them in normal case for fonts which can bring much better readability and clarity instead of the totally upper case you have used.

In kerala now everyone is running arnd to find the faults of each others religion, but everyone forgets the fact that religion is jus the skin of a banana, they real fruit is what inside, its teachings..

Don't have technology to age Temple?.
by Issac Tigrett on Jul 13, 2011 07:50 PM  | Hide replies

By testing the carcass, skeletons, and soil, we are able to tell the age to the extent of predicting the birth and death of planets and universe.

Don't we have technology to tell how old the temple was by seeing or testint its walls, and architeture?. Before independence, the dominions use to either rob, wage a war to rob and how could one spare the riches of temple where almost 50 percent of keralites are already converted with foreign footprints and seeds were planted from long before in Kerala.

Why this treasure is found in this temple after a big gotcha in Prashanti Nilayam and demise of Satya Sai?.
