Yes at times, the life is cheap in India with reference to the down trodden people. The other day it was shown in the news that a policeman was left to die on the road inspite of a minister presence, a DGP was present and more over a lot of vehicle were there that can be used for transporting the victim, but none whatsoever helped the poor man dying on the road
This is very simple. When there is over supply the item becomes cheap. India has over supply of people. That is why we do not care. Have you ever seen in any other country people traveling on bus and train tops and authorities do not care?

Don't forget that India is one of the poorest countries in the world and here assurance of getting two square meals a day itself is a luxury which very few can afford. You have to judge value of human life in India in this perspective.

With a gigantic mammoth population, what else do you expect??!! Indians are the only ones (apart from the IslamicShitholes) who are proud of their cockroach population and their breeding capacity!!! These illiterate breeding factories believe that not even a single drop of the white liquid should be wasted even if it means sleeping on the footpaths and swarming around gutters like mosquitoes!!!!
