the fact we are hit by such terrorist attacks is that the administrators are too busy....... preventing the youth from drinking alcohol,shutting down hookah lounges,fining youth for dancing obscenely in a disco,catching bikers without helmets and selling protection to the VVIP s ......these bunch of jokers have made us such easy targets.....of the terrorists.....

Fault is of the common people, not the administrators. War has to be fought by everyone, and not only the government. In fact the govt of India is unable to fight mainly because the people of India are not willing to fight.
To fight or not to fight is a separate, secret, private matter, but let us not make mistakes in observation or reasoning about attacks.

No doubt this is a Congress ploy masterminded by the Italian lady to divert the nation from the burning issues like Hight level curruption, price rice and inflation. As the UPA government bogged down by SCANDALS & SCAMS and the entire nation is pointing its fingure towards the ineffiency of Manmohan Singh, the government now wants some breather - it badly needs some relief from Annas and Ramdevs - then here come the bomb-blast in Mumbai in the connivance of Congress Chief minister.

I think everybody else is an actor in this play. The key player that can change things are the Indians and its constitution. The way the Indian constitution is written will never allow Indians to build a strong country and Indians are to blame as they copied a foreign constitution to make their own and have no power to change it now.
We all know a number of countries are target of terrorists. But why this happens only in India? India needs soul searching. Terrorists are simply doing their job, India needs to do her job just as US, UK, France, Germany, Russia, Italy, Canada and everybody else does.
