all railway ministers look after themselves first, their constituency second and the railways last. the present Rail Minister brags about his high class education, his son studying in USA. How can a page three lightweight handle such a massive organisation. He will wag his tail to mamata didi. how did she choose such a non entity to succeed her. She is a true gandhian whereas this fellow is a big shammer. He should resign and leave.
About 75 percent people in Bharat lives in villages, but a few urban elites control the power structure. having degrees don't make one big, but a person with good character. There not a single person in the entire Congress, who is not criminal and corrupt. These criminals manipulate powers and rule the nation.

The first and prime place of work for the Railway Minister is his Ministry with all its employees starting from the lowest peon to the highest ranked officials. He has to be present and motivate, instruct, discipline, reward, and make them work conscientiously for the common welfare. In real terms the Minister is for the Railway Employees only for the first and final reckoning. Its not required of the Minsiter to come to the puboic at all, its sufficient and essential that he manages his 1.6 milliion employees well and effectively, will bring out great welfare results to the common people. He compared the discipline of Indian Railways with the Indian Army. In the Indian Army, life of soldiers is at risk during war period but in the Railways the life of commuters is at risk at any time. Frequent train accidents ???
