What about a Hindu Succession Law?
Secularism is not defined by a unifrom code. It's defined by the principle of state's neutrality in interferring in a community's religious practices.

BTW, the constitution provided for PM being member of either of the houses as both direct and indirect elections are mode of democracy only. Even the president of India is selected by means of Indirect Election.

Our government is truly neutral in religious matters. While the Presidents attend the Bohra Sydena's birthday celebrations(despite pleas by reformists),Prime Ministers and Chief Ministers have sanctioned money to renovate temples and mutts.

And don't forget that presidents and chief ministers have publicly slept on the feet of various Babas, while they were holding the office.
