I dont think so that the bot got justice. The colonel should also be given death sentence and should be shoot by his own Gun so that he became handicap and feel the pain which the boys family is going through.

Productive Army

Army should be able to differentiate what is serious matters and casual matters.

Coaching to all Army personnels should be included with need for humanity, various tactics for unnecessary crises and wars to waste national resources, need for service to people instead of boundary protection with fighting spirit only, purpose of Army personnels' superiority etc. This should be given equal importance like importance for discipline and uniform. There should be provisions for minimizing various frustrations in Army personnels which make them wild and ferocious.

Army should not be like a group of wild people who do some mime in the name of discipline and do some fighting by risking their life. If reasons for wars and riots can be minimized, billions of expenditure for Army can be used for various constructive purposes like road building, dam building, agriculture etc by Army which improve the infrastructure of the country. They should not behave wrong to women and people with prejudice or viability to psychic manipulations by foreign forces (reasons for clashes)- which is one major reason for terrorism in some places. Then only they can be deployed in domestic environment.

More than left-right march and some mime which imply discipline and viability to superiors- they should be like group of STRONG CIVILIZED PRODUCTIVE people who can protect and improve country, when they consume much of national resources.

Rational Army should be respected for their Service

Youngsters menace of stealing things that do not belong to them
by Chiru P on Jul 10, 2011 03:38 PM  | Hide replies

The case of plucking fruits that do not belong him is a common menace and parents should watch their children. Although retired army officer was too harsh the fruit thief but I sympathize with the retired Army officer because these youngsters might have annoyed many and they freely started stealing from trees in Army compound.
Dilshan is frequently everyone and had to pay the price dearly.
Let other youngster and their parents learn the lesson now to respect neighbours privacy.

dear gac, You mean to say before punishing anyone for their crimes we need to think about other bigger crimes and let the criminal go free and reprimand the police, army or someone who dared to stop that criminal from doing the crime again?

In such cases, everyone can do crimes and get an excuse that some bigger criminals are free.

Dilshan could be a criminal in making. I have no sympathies for such children who do not listen when people warn them several times no to steal any anything from others.

you should be a retard to say that a 13 year who plucked fruits in a private property is a criminal and praising an actual criminal who killed this kid at point blank. even the indian constitution has arrested this army officer for his cruel act. but in-spite of this if you want hail this retard sadistic army officer for bravery or as hero just for killing a 13 year old unarmed harmless kid for plucking fruits you go ahead but please use contraceptives so that your clan dosnt grow to make this world a better place for humans not and for just beings like you.

Looks like you have never faced problems with boys as young as 13 yrs of age. I have seen several instances where very old retired people suffering because they break window glasses byt playing cricket inspite of people explaining them not to play closes to homes. Also plucking fruits once i believe people will excuse but plucking several times will be annoying.

You will never understand unless you face it.

And even if the elderly was annoyed, where does the justification lie in attacking an unharmed minor with a projectile weapon?

Please read my first post (original) carefully. I have clear mentioned "Although retired army officer was too harsh...". That should make it clear.

I don't endorse the killing all kids who steal but will there be anyone to teach such kids no to pluck from trees that do not belong to them?

In countries like USA, JAPAN etc who do we see discipline in school children as young as 5 yrs????
