How CM Sheila Diskhit is evading the noose??
by Debasish Sarkar on Jul 05, 2011 03:36 PM

All peripheral CHAMCHAS are been caught, but the MAKHIRANI [the Queen Bee] is still buzzing and flying High? How it is possible? This lady embezzled so much funds from development of Delhi's infrastructures, Yamuna river improvements, Rail/road building, and even from CWG Village development. I feel Kamadhi is a small CHUHA [small field mouse] in respect of Gigantic us Town Rodent of Delhi Metropolis. Who is saving her?? Is She is getting protection from Palace of First lady MAMAMIA ITLEEANO???

Re. No Bail for Kalmadi

I fail to understand our judicial system which is so lenient and soft that it cannot stop or discourage anyone from committing any kind of crimes. It is only because majority of our people are decent and god-fearing or law-abiding that they don't commit crimes otherwise the IPC punishments are so soft even for major crimes like murders(see the case of Maria),rapes, high-level corruptions etc., that one would easily feel encouraged to commit them given the punishments meted out to them even after all the evidences. (Kasab & Afzalguru are other examples). This really is a mockery of the judicial system in our country. Even USA would have killed them long ago.

Now, when Kalmadi and others are convicted of their heinous crimes of looting the country are enjoying a relaxed life. Only their freedom of movement is curtailed. otherwise they are living in peace & comfort.

If this is the ultimate punishment then I and many other citizens would like to indulge in such crimes if we get a chance.

When a small-time petty thief robs even a small item he is beaten black and blue before handing over to police who also beat them. so
my question is why NOT ?? thrash Kalmadi & others guilty, openly before the public just like that or even more because their crimes are major? This will not only deter others from even thinking of indulgence but also create respect for our law & judicial system. The whole system needs to be changed drast
