It is time to banish/expel army cantonment/army area out of the residential area city! They deserve to live in out-of-society! If they are not citizen/children friendly, we have to banish them and be given some remote-no mans land.
Jawan’s with no brain (killing machines) who do not know how to select his target, needs to replaced by more-humanly soldiers. These brain-less idiots without any basic education will spoil our army’s reputation. Army needs to conduct some courses for these brain-less half-humans how to be human first before letting the handle weapons.
His parents/locals would certainly feel like taking revenge on that idiotic soldier/army commander who is in charge. Now, we know how frustrated Kashmir people are! We share their pain!

Why NOT Banish indian army from india itself,Right???Who Cares whether the italian looter gets back or not except the slaves&robots of sonia maino? Our media&justice system are perhpas the WORST in the world, a brave police officer who shot dead a known terrorist is hounded by law and police&crooked rulers while persons who committed genocides of more than 50000 hindus are ruling states like kashmir&north east. The crooked media makes big news of small or silly events and JUST IGNORE really sad or heart-breaking news.I read a report in internet today that a kuwait muslim poilce man shot dead four hindu kafirs, hailing from andhra pradesh, in that jehadi gulf state, for eating food im ramdan month, just 5 minuted before the ifathar prayers and he said he did this to get heaven after death with virgins and wine, as preached by quran and mullahs. Sadly the indian embassy and indian and hindu organizations are keeping quiet since they are worried that they will lose their jobs in a msulim fanatic country. RSS,VHP and BJP leaders must raise this issue in parliament and make agitations in streets against barbrian muslim countries which treat hindus as kafirs, etc. Human rights commission of United nations and India must intervene in this sad matter affecting helpless hindus and indians in muslim countries, what a shame, ALL Rss,vhp&BJP cadres&leaders MUST agitate NOW to get at least 10 crore rupees to families of each of the poor hindus killed by jehadi killer

1)Jawans DO have basic education, and are often truly 'educated' against merely being qualified 2)Only an enquiry will establish why the boy had entered the area, whether he had ignored the warning shots(if any) 3)Even youngsters can be suicide bombers/spies, and a 13yr old may look like an adult
They may have used too much force(shooting at the head instead of below the waist), but maybe his movement led to that.
Time for army to build a higher wall, evens kids are able to scale them easily. Sad for the boy and his family, lets govt. investigate on what prompted firing at the 13 yr old.

what is the need to keep these army personnel in the heart of the city? these people are the most jugaru to get them posted in peaceful locations and living a normal life. They take the civilian laws for granted, no police can prosecute.most aften taking laws in their own hands. no wonder they always face the wrath of locals in troubled areas.

Please remember that Army Cantonments came first, and people decided to built houses near Cantonments because they can earn by selling to Army families. One incident, for which details are not known, should not raise question on why cantonments are within cities. Cities have been built around cantonment.

This is becoming a fashion in India, I mean - to break millitary entity. Government as well as stupid civilians feel it their privilege to usurp anyhwere. Government wants to encroach millitary land by encouraging zopadpattis & thus create more vote banks. These zopadpattiwalas then infringe millitary land as if it was their pop's property & demand compernsation when army tries to sfeguard it.
In short, Indian Police & Indian Armed Forcec have become Dogs in the Manger.

Yesterday, some TV news channels reported that the boy was shot at while trying to jump into a high secret compound across the fence. If so, what was his need to jump the fence? I have personally gone to army residential quarters many times, but never even was questioned. If somebody jumps fence, he is surely not a saint.
Though prima facie, it appears to be a case of over-reaction from the guard, but it is not clear if the boy was some terror agent trying to get his hands on some sensitive stuff to be passed on further.
