By now gov must have sent letters to all the mafia saying that lay low for some time so that no one get caught. After all, all of the mafia world is on the pay roll of gov. Without them there can not be gov. So all of you please stop thinking about change and move ahead. We need petrol and hence mafia is here to stay.

Most of the oil, gas dealerships hitherto were given to political affiliates, and there the problems start. For a start try seeking a gas connection with a gas dealer, sans the gas stove, and see how they get worked up. Forget government punishing them it takes time and efforts. What has society done to them, they are part of the society. indian society always has great love for people who have money and power and respects them. The society is at fault basically. All the crooks who break laws and humans are amongst us.
Very good and documented article by Mr.Ganesh.The public in general are awed by MCOCA being invoked.Till now not a single person held under the law has been sentenced for any crime investigated. So what will the common man conclude? Simple.ANY AND EVERY MAFIA UNDER ANY NAME AND TITLE OF ANY ITEM ARE ALL STOOGES and COHORTS OF THE BIGGEST MAFIA OF INDIA......THE POLITICAL MAFIA.And THIS Mafia cuts across ALL political boundaries and we know it.So whatever be the case, these persons will go SCOT FREE!!!Only thing that now remains is for the public to become NEW avatars of Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekar,Jatin Das etc.It has started in Tunisia and WILL come to India soon if the Politicians continue to be hand-in-glove wth criminals.

Those are the exposed units - there are many unexposed compatible units with RAJA and PAWAR happily in power in Cong today.
No mafia can survive without govt and political patronage..The so called Marata leaders are the biggest crooks who drain money off any business and pretend to play cricket and football
In my opinion one of the most effective ways to check corruption in public life is to stop subsidies in any form being sanctioned in the name of poor people. The biggest truth known is that none of the benefits really reach the poor and land in filling the pockets of politicians, babus, contractors and traders. Rations meant for people, covered under BPL, is openly being siphoned in the open market. The methodology is simple The ration meant for distribution is sold on higher rates and then the rotten rations are purchased mostly from Govt depots or market and kept in the distribution shops. These are so bad that that those who buy keep crying. Most the people I know refuse to buy this stuff. The trader meanwhile has made his kill. The story of oil mafia is now known to all. Same is the story with Gas cylinders, sugar etc. All the money coming for Women and child welfare, education, health, NERGA etc is being coolly pouring in the pockets of the babus or contractors. Tell me how does the diesel price effect the poor. How many poor farmers have tractors or pumping sets? All the money is only saved by big land owners who in turn keep pressures for various subsidies. Govt should analyse and stop those subsidies that do not benefit the poor and needy.

i agree with u..the bad luck is that in india when any rules made by goverment all govt officers are very happy not then they are going to help masses but they have another way out to earn money....what a pity i wish good luck to india..
India too will wintness a armed revolution sooner.Corupt berocrates & politicains have made life difficult in India. The whole Indian poor mass will have to come forward to join this revolution.all the money is looted & stalked in swiss banks but none of them will be able to leave india in a revolution.BEAWRE
Otherwise in india people take it chalta hai. find good advocate and get away. its time we hit them hard, who ever dare to break law. we should all participate in making sure that justic is done any crime. no matter what. we should make effort, help police. else police also take it easy. we have create the better place to live. no one else is gonna do it for us. not govt, not net. each citizens contribution counts.
