and come to think of it it is a wasteful celebration of colonial hangover. The president's bodyguard does nothing but carry jevalins on horsebacks around the president and waste tax payer's money, same for these ceremonial camels and bands. You don't need bands to motivate your armed forces anymore...this belongs to a time when there was no means of entertainment available. and again the long convoys after the ceremony make you wonder what the hell are 6 motorcycle borne-unarmed policemen doing in the vice preseident's cavalcade..his armed guards are in cars..this is all so wasteful and one more thing all of us there were there because of the passes we had managed to secure from the defence ministry..a person with no contacts cannot get in..this is ridiculous this is a private orchestra at the common man's expenditure and it basically celebrates and signifies nothing...
They can never wash their Sins nor divulge the public attention from their Scams. If they think that fooling Indians with this pomp n splendour or it's hype is going to work always, then it's time now for the Indians also to show them their true place i.e in the dump yard.

The only regret these musicians will have in the forces is that our president is a tiny, ugly, ghatee (marathi) woman. And these guys have to salute this creature...

WOW, for once one can not post a simple comment. Then it comes in 6 copies. worst then London town hall which offers all paperwork in 3 copies off which on average two copies go in the waste bin. Rediff has beaten the record. Well done Rediff.
