he is a muslim with a pakistani father and american mother...after the death of his father he changed his name to devid headly..to missguide the agencies, tht why he was able to get visa so easily...

Who defines who is terrorist?
- If you kill innocent you are a terrorist right but then what do you have to say about a country who attacks another country with false agenda of Chemical weapon and in that war a lakh innocent civilian got killed. - You take up some land forcibly and gift it to other who create their country out of it known as 'Israel' and then grab adjoining land and the inhabitor of those lands now fight for their land and you call them terrorist bcoz the whole world went another side to call them terrorist.
So basically terrorism word is defined by those who holds power and media... During british rule Bhagat Singh and Raj guru were terrorist..

Innocent killing is terrorism. What about Indian army and forces .They are killing innocent kashmiri from last 20 years.
