Outside Gujarat or outside India?
by Raj Bhardwaj on Jan 20, 2011 06:32 PM

Even if the case is transferred outside Gujarat, the state where it would be heard will have the majority of people sympathetic towards Shah. This would the case ALL OVER INDIA. Therefore, CBI, whose intention is to get Shah punished by the hook or by the crook, should try to get the case heard in Pakistan.

Easiest way to get out of this imbroglio

Please give this responsibility to CID Diggi.
Within 420 seconds he will listen to all the aggrieved parties and pronounce the judgement which will certainly be secular and green in colour.
By this lot of time and money can be saved.

Long live secularism!

It is indeep aparent and justifiable to transfer the case outside gujarat. Justice can not be served in gujarat as all high influential people are related in the case.

There is a Reason for the CBI Plea

[1]there was open servility and excessive demonstration of favourable and partisan attitude to Amit Shah by the learned additional chief judicial magistrate. "He was granted exemption from appearance even without giving a hearing to the CBI

[2] fact that a former home minister and senior police officials are accused itself has the effect of terrorising the minds of the witnesses. (This is) coupled with the over a dozen instances where the witnesses have been pressurised to resile from their statements,"

[3]According to the CBI, relatives of some of the accused happened to be public prosecutors and even judges in the state's lower judiciary.

[4]Amit Shah met his followers in the Sabarmati Jail and even sat in the official chair of the jail superintendent. Though report was sent by the CBI to the additional DGP, Prison and the additional chief secretary, home, on the issue, no action was taken, it claimed.

Gujarat people have same grouse against CBI W]working under prejudiced Central Govt. as CBI has against Gujarat Govt.
It is evedent CBI wants trial by particular community judges, prosecuters and do not find them in Gujarat and hence, they want to transfer the case outside Gujarat. It is a good lesson for other political parties from CBI operating under Congress.

I really fail to understand the Wisdom of SC to transfer this case to CBI on one hand and in other cases firing CBI for its inefficiency.
