Indian police can get responsibility from anyone - even if the person was dead at the time of incident. They can get these responsibility signed based on what their superiors demand them to do. No wonder no home minister is bothered about the extent of corruption in the force because if they are not corrupt they are unlikely to yield to their masters.
I suspect Binayak Sen's & Aseemanand's arrest has got to do with the Mining lobby. Both were involved in mobilising tribals in the area. Govts and all political parties have a HUGE hand in the large scale mining activities happening in the tribal area. so they cannot tolerate an organised tribal movement in any form, which may be a hindrance to their interests. Both Congies and BJP are hand in glove on this.

I also think so,India is not a democracy,it is a country with worst establishment where there is no freedom of speech..
both bjp and congress need to exit india because they are hidden nexxus to keep power and corruption between the two with bjp as fake opposition. BJP has SHAMELESSLY polarized indians on religion and now on nationalism for sake of congress THAT HAS SHAMELESSLY polarized indians on fake, double-meaning and one-sided secularism.
Dharma will protect those who protect Dharma. Aseemanand a protector of Dharma. Whether he is guilty or not time will decide.It is said that Sanatan Dharmi is like sleeping Lion. Lion never attacks..Lion's attack is only counter attack to protect it self.
