BOTTOM LINE
by Wahaj Faridy on Jan 18, 2011 09:33 PM  | Hide replies

Bottom Line is that:

1. Plot on which Mosque stood belongs to Wakf B Board

2. There is already a court case going on between Wakf Board and DDA on ownership of that plot

3. Normally a court would take notice of That ownership dispute before ordering demolition.

4. But, court covered this matter along with other illegal encroachments on DDA land, and in a BLIND/short sighted judgement, ordered to demolish everything.

Was for courts to overlook a Wakf Board - DDA legal dispute an just an omission, ...or nefarious, Only GOD knws

All WAKF properties should be declared emeny property and confisicated by the Govt. The country was divided in 1947 between Mozlems and non-Mozlems. SO mozlems have no right to be in India. You guys are pakistanis living in India.

This is why
by Krishna on Jan 18, 2011 05:12 PM  | Hide replies

No muslim is given a house on rent by Hindus and no muslim is allowed to buy a flat where majority are Hindus.
Once given, mozlems break all rules. They do goat halal in full view of building residents, even though it is illegal. There is also a possibility of them sheltering terrorists and anti-social relatives...

This is all gimmick. Congis are waiting for this to catch momentum so they will keep telling muzlis about this. Moment it becomes big Dogvijay or his master Rahul will say govt has done wrong thing and structure should be restored. Then all muzlis will say how wise how secular he is and all will vote for him. Wait and watch this tamasha..

Its natural for people to react
by Joy Gupta on Jan 18, 2011 03:57 PM

when their religious belief suffers a shock. However, it is the duty of the administration to explain people and take them into confidence. Police force isn't the solution for everything neither violence can be supported.

I doubt if DDA officials took some pre-planned measure to spread liflets about the HC order, the legal stature of the mosque and the action they are asked to take. I am sure this would've reduced the troubles as nowadays most of the people don't want problems in life. There could be some troublemakers everywhere but they are less in number and can be handled. From the news it seems there was a mass support in favour of the mosque which only means there was no initiative from DDA to explain their stand to the people and asking for their cooperation and support.

Why do the muslim have to agitate when Mulayam singh and Laloo Prasads are ther to look after our interests. It is nice of him that he has declared demolition of Delhi mosque at illigal space worse than demolition of Ayodhya mosque. Strength lies in unity. It is the first time that govt has demolished a mosque in Delhi.Else where they dare not do because in no time we gather together in a minute in lakhs, strength enough to create terror in the mind of the rest of the people, like Jats who will get what they want because of this unity or gujjars.Thank god they do not have this unity in religious matters, otherwise it will become difficult to demolish even temples at illigal sites.
