It is foolishness of the government to think pakistan will act. The governement has taken the country for a ride by doing just lip-service on action against pak. The only outcome from this is that maybe another 26/11 may happen in the near future causing further deaths of citizens. Becos of governemnt failure to act aginst pak, common people will have to pay the price with their lives.
It is known from the day one that ISI and it Terrorist organizations with the approval of there government have carried Mumbai 26/11 attack, how can you expect a trail for the same... India should have attacked POK on that very day, Rather than crying foul or no progress in the Pakistani investigation.
1) No surgical punitive air-strikes carried out by the IAF on Puckistani Military targets.
2) Only two Indians arrested and charged with involvement in 26/11. Both Indians subsequently acquitted of all charges, and released. !!!!!! How ???????
3) Even post 26/11, the Kangress is still issuing visitor-visas to enable Puckistanis to enter India.
4) Post 26/11, the Kangress is still operating the Samjahuata Express Train to Puckistan, and the bus-service to Lahore.
5) The CBI is concentrating on harassing innocent Hindus, for alleged involvement in minor terror-attacks. Thus, Sadhvi Pragya, Col. Purohit, Swami Aseemanand and other Hindus are being held in prison indefinitely, without even being given the opportunity of facing a court-trial.
OK, Pak has not acted on the terrorists and their investigation is tardy. But what this govt is foing with the lone surviver Kasab in India? Did we here anything about the punishment even after 2 years?>
Also, let us see the plight of the execution of tyhose culprits who are already convicted. Afzal Guru, is the best example who is enjoying at the tax payers money

Pakistan is beyond salvage! The government there does not care 2 hoots for its own citizens who are being alternatively blasted by the Talibanis & terrorists or being blasted by the drones! A country which persecutes, hounds and terrorises its minorities, moderates and the Media and liberal inteliigentsia, is doomed to failiure. And there is a major lesson for Islamists in this, as a country founded solely on the basis of a religious identity for Islam has reached the brink of anarch within 60 years.

You are right, it is doomed to fail. What can liberals and minorities when the Islamists hold sway and control every aspect of their society. Looks like their army is pretending to not interfere and stay away or is secretly backing this sort of revolts by the fanatics.

Forget this Pukistan, never expect them to take action. Why will they when the terrorists are their own children? Will anyone take action ag their favourite babies? These terror heroes are their pride and their inspiration for committing more such attacks all over the world.
Forget about what and how much Pakistan is doing to bring about justice..... no one expects any better than nothing from them. Lets talk about Kasab instead.... the man who walked the streets of Mumbai spraying bullets, killing dozens with dozens of eye witnesses and as much evidence as anyone could ask for. We, INDIA, can't bring justice to reach him, and we, INDIA can't get a trial over with after so many yrs, and all we do is keep spending crores of INDIAN tax payers hard earned money feeding this swine in Arthur road jail. Lets please not talk about Pakistan and what they are doing. Lets please look at our own issues first, and put those on the priority list. India has little law left. People can kill in public, and stay ahead of our law, E.g. Manu Sharma. People can occupy someones land, and it becomes their land... BY LAW, tenants can take over properties while landlords die fighting for their rights in courts. Lets please, please not speak of Pakistan and their inability to deliver justice for us. Shame on the government, shame on the politicians who will only protect their votes and care two hoots for the public, shame on our archaic, unchanged system of law, shame on India. Kasab's trial should have been over years ago, and he should have been where he deserves, dead with the mark of a noose imprinted into his rotten neck.
