I fail to understand why you are not observing all the natural calamities that is suddenly occurring in last 10 years, including earthquakes, volcanoes, big disasters. It is all written in the book of revelations- read it, and know Jesus is coming back. These are signs.. repent now.

wikileaks, ashes and floods
by Devdutt Nayak on Jan 12, 2011 12:11 AM

Bad days to be an Aussie.

But, economically there is good news for Aussies -
it seems that the coal companies make more profits annually from coal from this part of Australia, than the total estimated losses by this flood.
This means that should the Govt do their job well, affected Aussies will be resettled soon after the floods are gone.

What I feel bad about is that we get floods every year in 5-6 states and we don't do any evacuation planning. And we lose 100s or 1000s of lives annually.
The Aussie count is much lesser due to very thin population, as well as good evacuation.
Andhra has had good evacuations before a few storms recently, but it must be routine. But with a Police force that takes bribes, there is no way such things will work in India any time soon.

It is truly a wrath of mother nature, global warming causing it anger. The sight of this picture makes me shudder, truly when nature fights back mankind can do nothing.

Look how isolated that house is surrounded on all sides by water.

In just one word we can summarize nature.

Nature is Friend and Foe to mankind.

These are like sudden illness that attack we people inspite of our taking precautionary measures.

Now the time is to feel for the people who are suffering for no fault of them and if possible, try to help them with your moral support by praying for their well being.

Well why the Indians, Sri lankans, Thais, Indonesians were killed in Tsunami.

No one is spared by the Natural calamity. Nature do not descriminte.

We Indians descriminate more than others in the name of religion, caste, race, skin colour, eyes, height, physical deformity, etc... etc... etc...

Please show sympathy for the victims. We
