Yes, they have all the clearances....but those clearances were obtained from the govt by bribing the govt!!!!..in return of those clearances the Congress govt netas and babus got flats in the tower of deceit!!!!

it is very easy to say you demolish a 31 storey building in 3 months. Is it implementable? Surely, the building has not come up overnight. Where was the Environment ministry. Don't they have any local offices to report environmental violations and take necessary action? This is ABSURD
The politicians, top military officials and bureaucrats who got the flats alloted due to the power vested with them can be made to pay the present market value and help the famlies of kargil war heros obtain a free apartment.The scam-hit Adarsh Housing Society must come out open in public domain as to the clearences obtained from public authorities along with the patments made for obtaining the clearences. Till these things come out, the scam-hit Adarsh Housing Society will remain to be a scamster for generations to come. Take a leaf from the great Q and A of bofers and bhopal.

Dont regularize this building at ANY COST! Just blast it to pieces. That will send a message to the corrupt scum.
