The calculation by Sibal,MMS and other Sonia’s lackeys is Congress party has been so thoroughly disgraced by exposure of massive, perpetual and undeniable frauds that they have nothing to lose by attacking the people to who nation owes debt of gratitude for exposing crooks in UPA. Dogs bark but elephant is unperturbed. This wholly reprehensible attack by Sibal further exposes the depth to which Congressis of sunk to and their lies and deceit will come to haunt them.
Is it but not obvious that the minister , who has been brought with the sole purpose of nullifying the whole scam will make such comments. What is the basis on which sibal makes such claims is clearly ambiguous.
Its a shame that cabinet ministers and central ministers make irresponsible and blindly biased comments in favor of their party.Another gift of the congress rule - these shameless ministers just become congress spokesperson to divert some attention while the agencies are fast making evidences dissappear.

CAG is not God for it to be above criticism. This CAG has now power to prescribe policy. It has done exactly that by going above the elected representatives (which Parliament is) and coming up with this "PRESUMED LOSS" calaculations had the Bandwidth been auctioned. Let us understand issues thoroughly before commenting in public forums. Of course the Net is full of such comments by the great BJP crowd who think nothing about abusing anybody who speaks against this so called "Presumed loss" in cheap and extremely vulgar language.
PM has honestly admitted that it is the choice of the people to demand the transparency in governance. He has applealed for the new begining in the new year'day message.BJP has righly mentioned that PM has admitted the truth even though they are also equally corrupt.Mr Kapil Saibal has shameleesly defended the holy practice of corruption. Now it is the turn of the people to give their verdict.

The opposition will be fully justified in demanding his immediate resignation. Being a minister does not mean one can hurl any kind of damned stupidity at the democratic institution like CAG and little the Apex by playing the role of a self constituted Privy Council !

CAG is an official body. It is Parliament which is the democratic institution. CAG is answerable to Parliament. And Parliament to the people. Parliament is the Supreme body. The CAG has no right - or official authority - to decide on policy. It is the CAG which is guilty of this by transgressing on the powers of the Lok Sabha with this absurd "PRESUMED LOSS" statement.
In doing so defamed the CAG and virtually trampled upon the Apex by making an idiotic attempt to aquit Raja too prematurely and without a fair trial. Kapil has forfeited his ministerial berth.
