What kind of animals populate India these days! We know how all kinds of cheap people (rich and poor alike) start salivating and doing weird things as soon as they a woman on the road especially a white woman! Rapists dont even spare old women anymore. They used to say that the death penalty would only make rapists murder women and should not be imposed. Considering how many rape victims are now being killed, that may be the only deterent remaining to exercise!
North India is sinking into lower depths of depravity. Rape, violence, harrassment of women, violence against children, honour killings, sagotra killings what are these people coming to?

You are wrong - he should not be cut - his manhood should be cut and he should be left open...
At loss of words. Hope the accused are swiftly caught and given a punishment so severe that people should shudder to even think of committing such dastardly crimes.
