Rupam Pathak was beaten by the security. if she dies from her injuries then the security guards involved should also be charged for Murder. guard of this MLA. Otherwise they should be charged with violence against a woman with intent to injure her and perhaps cause death. If she survives still the guard should be charged for GBH(Grievous Body Harm). guards main job was to protect this MLA which they failed to do so big time. (by the way why do an MLA need security unless he/she is well known for misdeeds). They did not do their job properly they failed big time. Secondly their job was to detain any one who tries to inflict any kind of harm towards The person they are protecting and hand the person over to Police. THEY WERE NOT AUTHORIZED TO HAND JUSTICE ON THE SPOT THAT JOB BELONGS TO THE COURTS. NO ONE ANY WHERE IN INDIA IS ALLOWED TO HAND INSTANT JUSTICE ON THE SPOT. THESE GUARDS ARE JUST AS GUILTY AND SHOULD BE DEALT WITH.

Women who are the victims of rape should take the law in their own hand. This is the only way to intil fear in the minds of rapists and criminals. Rather than kill themselves via suicide, the women should kill the rapists. They would be doing a great service to justice as well as other women in the country.
Dear Mr Nitish Kumar Have you gone out of your head? When a women gets raped ( regardless of the party) how can you even think of doing this? Are we in a civilized society or narag? I think it should be the other way around. The people should be protected against your ' legislators'.Please do a background check before you get them elected.
