@ Rajesh K: Just because he has a flair for the dramatic does not mean he is a "joker". This distinguished public prosecutor has brought many hardcore criminals to the gallows before also. Perhaps you could do better than to pass cheap remarks sitting in the comfort of your home. Or no, perhaps you cannot, coz your pea-sized brain may not be capable of doing anything apart from that.

tHEN years will roll by
Rahul and Priyanka will visit the jail and give him comfort (they do have a similar record)
Then who knows what will happen

And as they say .... Justice delayed is justice denied. And we, "true" Indians can only "dream" of getting justice till congress is in power!

The headlines should say "Kasab will GO to Supreme Court!!" No decision made in lower courts really matter in India. They ALL go to the supreme court - wasting enormous resources and time!! No wonder we have millions of backlogged cases

terrorist needed for weapons business and bjp-cong polarization
by E darwin on Feb 21, 2011 09:21 PM  | Hide replies

there is a new job posting for junior and senior terrorist for hire. high salary. Must be radically inclined and training will be provided. Jokes apart.
two top political parties need them, the weapon industry needs them, who else?

there is news about pak and china with stealth nuclear weapons
why? for sure, conventional weapons are expensive and unreliable than unconventional nuclear stealth weapon.

Yes. Even when Pakistan gets conventional weapons for free and indian pays for us and them. but, pak and china knows what to really do for it's security.

india has a different issue, behind all the hype, india has a kickback and black money system which also involves weapon and tech. equipment import.

India is chasing a tech mirage which they will never get and it feeds kickback system. Pakistan knows this indian reality much better than india and they have unconventional options.

i meant, even the supply of conventional weapons hinges on buyers compliance against videshi sanctions.

In case Pakistan was secular (which angrez/arabs/zionist/etc wont allow), it wont even have internal terror problems. open borders will happen eventually in any case but would be quicker if terror fades away.

Re: Re: Yankees-will dump when it neds most

during indo-china war, usa backed india. china was taking a long shot like one in Tibet, it wanted to erase any western threat that would use india.

Riddle for you, why is Sonia in india doing works for kickback mafia even when she/dynasty has made enough and why is Sonia considered part of hidden bjp-cong nexxus.

Arms race is endless, can we bypass it if we can

USA and Russia had START discussion to cut down their budget in useless direction.
If india can SECURE ITSELF WITHOUT getting in arms race or chasing technology mirage.

INDIA CAN BUY FROM USA/ETC, solar panels/alternate energy equipment worth $11 billion. this will meet our energy need and will enhance USA/etc alternate energy projects as well and get them off oil addiction and tendency for war to secure energy supply.

National games:Deepa Karmakar wins 5 gold medals
by om shanti on Feb 21, 2011 09:17 PM

RANCHI: Gymnast Dipa Karmakar produced a golden show in the individual apparatus events of the 34th National Games' gymnastics competition here on Sunday making a clean sweep of gold medals at the Ganpat Rai Stadium.

The 17-year-old showed enough grace and fluency on four apparatus — vault, uneven bars, beam and floor — to give her State Tripura five gold medals, including the overall crown.

Her show even overshadowed India's eminent male gymnast, Ashish Kumar of Uttar Pradesh, who was the best among men with one gold, two silvers and a bronze medal haul.

Ashish, who won a silver and bronze at the Commonwealth Games and first-ever gymnastic bronze medal from floor exercise at the Guangzhou Asian Games, annexed the overall gold medal for men as well.
