its not a tottaly fault of Delhi police itself,, wht about those who Roaming at Road after 12 Nite... in Delhi police is gud and public also,, other wise daily atleast 300-400 rape should happen becoz of dressing and valguarity, exposing at road.... and after rape start Barking....... plz Acceppt western culture full otherwise dont shout.....

It does not matter at what time who is on the street, nor it matters how one is dressed. matter is that the rapist are forcing these people into illegal sex. Come to London and have a look how long people stay out after work the party starts at 12:00pm midnight every Friday through weekend, and and the way people dress. But no one take advantage of scantly clad ladies no one think of raping them. Yes there are rapes in UK as well and police officers have been caught in it as well Police raping is very rare they have lot to loose. rape mostly happens in places where victim is know to rapist.May be a neighbor hood or in a park during the day time. Yes it happens in UK and Europe too but not the way you are describing.
Rediff mustrenot spread these messages useventlessly but provide Mail ID of Govt Offices which are supposed to prenent crime ,corruption,because merley letting people discuss if no gain at all,if rediff is really serious to work as media then it must ensure to convey the People's feel to the so called official reformers of country. Otherwise discussions are going on from last 70 years with results only God Knows
