The article is the most illogical analysis of the political situation in TN. It is like pandering to the DMDK leader. Firstly his vote share of 10% is untested. Many people voted for him because he said he was against both DMK and ADMk. Now if he joins AMMA no one knows how he will poll at the hustings.
Secondly you have written in the article that cine actors will flock to Vijayakanth if he reaches out to them. Do you even know TN politics ? or how cine stars function in TN? Arguably the biggest star after Rajni is Vijay and even after the K-family ruined many of his films he still shivers even to talk a word against them even if Jaya ( a million times popular leader than Vijayakanth) supports him.
I would appreciate if you even read a little bit more of the local newspapers before writing an article about TN politics.
The strategy of the Congress seems to slowly kill DMK.If they break the alliance now, then DMK may get the sympathy vote. But, if the DMK leaves on its own, there will not be a problem for the Congress. This is probably a hard lsson forKarunanidhi so late in his life.
All efforts of the Congress seems to be to armtwist DMK for more seats. They deserve this treatment for blindly trusting the Congress and more for their inept and corrupt politics till now.

True status is that Congress in TN is a dead wood. Died ling long ago. But for DMK or ADMK, congies will not get deposit in any place.
Whenever it be. DMK, Karunanidhi & Party should be routed out & all, particularly his family members must lose even DEPOSIT. They have been outright corrupt, sponsored by Congress, from the Centre. Even Congress must be routed out in each & every State & Centre, the way Biharis showed the result of real development & NOT PAPER DEVELOPMENT NOR DEVELOPMENT OF ONLY CONGRESS FELLOWS. Congress & DMK will spend 1000s of Crores earned during their rule & all the people MUST TAKE THEIR MONEY & GIVE VOTE THEIR OPPONENTS. THEN IT WILL BE CASE OF PEOPLE'S MONEY BACK TO PEOPLE. And after the defeat, the next Govts must dig all the cases/projects where DMK & Congress have earned laks of crores. Even the CBI Officials who are investigating the cases now, must be subject to investigation. Even if Congress spend Rs.1000 Crores daily, only on Welfare projects & that too genuinely, they will not be able to wash away their hands from the sins they have committed against the Indian poor man (25 Crores Indians sleeping hungry daily) nor can they repair the damaged system & Governance. Corruption has gone so deep into the genes of Indians like cancer, that it is impossible to route out corruption in India by any means except chemotherapy which ultimately leads to death. Thats what Congress & DMK deserve.

Correct on all points. Congress and DMK are hand in hand in all the dirty games. They should be voted out and tried for treason against the country. The only way to exorcise the cancer of corruption is by a setting a severe example at the very top. Heads must roll, even literally to stop this menace of corruption from ruining Hindusthan!
