For our country's benefit/development let us unanimously try to get back the money from all foreign banks and request govt. to take appropriate steps by allowing 1/2 month time for withdrawal for the benificiaries by allowing whiting the money by paying 50% tax. if within that period any body/non cliaments clould not withdraw the same then the govt. should take steps to bring back that money to our country as early as possible.
In my view i think 80% nonclaiment(dead) accounts are their in foreign banks. so giving one chance to the beneficiary if alive then get back, this should be the first priority to bring back that money.
for reference whene mr chitambaram able to white the money inside our country by allowing black money seekers by paying tax in his finance ministry period, why not the out side money made white by taking positive steps.
Why Print the money you used on your forehead, you could as well make the notes barcoded and imprint the Fingerprint on every successive use.
