Considering the salaries of all the leaders vis-vis their national economic standings, I see Mehmoud Ahmadinejad with a relatively easy time, when he meets his maker.
This fleeting 'Worldly Wealth' (Many times that wealth too is not so real, considering the level of 'Derivative and Speculative' wealth that people today tend to find solace with) that corrupts oneself and his 'Offsprings' seems to be the primary goal of many.
It is heartening to know there are still 'Intelligent' guys around who lead powerful countries.
And btw India's choice of Manmohan Singh seems to be the best since its Independence.

hehehee...99.99% of fellow Indians do not want any mad men like him to lead our nation we even do not want his likes to visit our soil..
Indian President takes home only Rs.1,50,000/ & PM takes only Cash allowance of Rs.50,000/- per month. But their Residences, the Staff, the Security, their Vehicles, drivers, fuel, maintenance, Electricity, Water, Phones etc. cost just Rs.15 Crores per month to the Govt (Poor Indian) Any person would need Salary for Food, House, Vehicle & fuel, other travel, repairs, health, medicines etc. If all these are paid by Govt, why anyone needS Salary at all & call themselves GREAT PUBLIC SERVANTS? INDIA HAS TO GO EGYPT WAY SOONER OR LATER & THEN ALONE WE HAVE SOME RESPITE, EVEN IF THERE IS CHAOS FOR A WHILE.

If you and others think this way, then there is no need for a law and order in this country. All countries including Egypt TODAY AND TOMORROW WILL NEED SECURITY for it’s president, prime minister and cabinet members. This cost (15Crore) is nothing but a fraction only when you compare the cost of general elections(10000 Crore) in India. If you conduct elections every 3 or 6 months, can you imagine what the cost would be? Also you should consider the cost impact on tourism, trade, developments etc. So please don’t be silly!!!!!!!

Ashwin, I still dont feel perturbed on the salaries or expenditure on the leaders of our country. So long as they are legally earned, no issues at all. What is blood boiling and disturbring are the people like Raja, Kalmadi, YSR, Madhu Koda, Karunananidi, Jayalalitha, etc., loot the country and get away too. And most of these people put their funds in some foreign bank and it doesnt benefit this country any penny.
Why Print the money you used on your forehead, you could as well make the notes barcoded and imprint the Fingerprint on every successive use. If curbing Black Money is sole purpose of the Credit Card. Rather the purpose seems to be completely different. If govt and opposition is going all out against Black money then They are have to pay some bribe for getting business. Is it universally legal. I think then all charity done today is some kind of bribe paid in return for a service provided. What do you say about people teaching in schools for TEACH INDIA, and companies and religious institutions starting and Donating to schools, colleges, hospitals, home for ageds and orphanages, Starting NGOs, Companies deducting amount for charity from employees paycheck? So when Companies are starting private schools, hospitals they all amount to starting a Poultry Farm or a Cattle Farm, where you can milk and egg as much as possible with no accountability. Corruption 2G scam is when people do charity at others expense, 3G scam when people do charity at others others expense. Hope the mobile phone companies dont do Charity on their own at unknowing subscribers expense. They start selling Heads Free mobile phones, so what charity that goes from their subscribers pockets is completely transparent. Some companies have mostly started TELEFORNICATION as a business model. Sorry only means you screatch my back I scratch yours
