JPC & PAC are two different entities with some fundamental differences. PAC has a very limited jurisdiction while JPC can dig out ultimate truth. When big offices like PMO & ministers are involved, the PAC has a limit to investigate while JPC can bring out the truth for people to judge. It is a democracy & people are one ultimately decide the qualities of their leaders.
