I dont't think anybody is forcing anybody to celebrate St. Valentine's Day. But nobody has the right to prevent others from observing St. Valentine's Day. The hypocritical Shiv Sena did not agitate against St. Valentine's Day this year ONLY to woo young voters in the Civic polls. Humans will come and go, but St. Valentine's will go on forever!
It should'nt surprise MARATHI-MANUS that shivi- Sena is born not for them but for harveting the fruits(outof it's agitations,which it played Ist against MALYALIES,then MUSLIMs & finally UTTER-BHARTIYAs/BIHARIES)& feeding shivisainiks & Enjoying LUXURIES of life for them-selves. There is increasing public debate about the need for celebrating valentine's day, mother's day, dad's day and waht not.
They are being perceived as commercial gimmicks..
Most of my american friends didnt do anything for their wives/GFs on valentines.. they are becoming more "commyooonalist" by refusing to celebrate V-day ?

DOn't fret too much. There are a lot of people who love their wife/gf and like to have a day to make them feel special. Let those of us celebrate. You guys don't need to.
Whereas in India the comercialexploiters are trying to make it valentine week ! Rouges! True love and affection of anybody should be firstly for parents... so if to celebrate, celebbrate as 'Matru-Pitru Pujan Divas 'instead of following such stupid valentine days..

The brother of Malegaon blast accused Sadhvi Pragya [ Images ] Singh Thakur attempted suicide in south-east Delhi [ Images ] on Wednesday, alleging that he was being 'harassed' by investigating agencies. Ananth Brahmachari consumed poison and was found unconscious in Jangpura locality on Wednesday afternoon, police sources said.
He was rushed to AIIMS where he is currently undergoing treatment, they said.
Sources said a note was recovered from him in which he alleged that he was 'depressed' due to questioning by the investigating agencies in connection with his sister's alleged association in terrorist acts.
Sadhvi Pragya Singh is accused of orchestrating the Malegaon blast of 2008 and is currently awaiting trial along with others. She is one of the prime accused in the Malegaon blasts [ Images ] case of September 29, 2008.
