Pakistan is outright opposed to india's causes ! Time and again , repeatedly demonstrated their opposition still talks? Can a dog's tail be ever straightened? Its weakness of indian Govt headed by UPA ( viz congress) that agrees to talks without achieving previous commitments! No use! Congress is totally weak and antipeople!
