even if you have more assets, not a worry, after all you have put so much effort to get elected, as long you make 1KCrore during your tenure, it is always acceptable, not like congress which is decided in screwing up economy left right front back. I am always with BJP till my last breath.

We are literate people and should not make such casteist remark. We know that our democracy system is detiorating because of communalism, regionalism and corruption. Why should we support them by making such vulgar remark

karnataka needs small state level party responsible to locals
by E darwin on Feb 07, 2011 04:12 AM  | Hide replies

join all the factions of karnataka and make small state level party. Beware of below.

this is why they call it SELECTIVE EVM rigging. in bihar election, congress was so un-popular that they diverted votes of Lallo to the congress "hidden nexxus partner" BJP.

once lallo RJD does not obey or is killed, congress will eat up it's votes.

even independents are used , smaller parties like PRP (chiranjeevi)/etc are propped by rigging mafia. if they dont split enough vote of smaller parties, they are bought back.

same reason independents are propped by bjp-congress nexxus.

smaller parties should not split votes and even if they oppose and should coordinate to keep bjp-congress nexxus away.

Smaller parties should even warn people about independents who are propped by bjp-congress nexus to split votes or to buy independents later.

Yeddyurappa declares assets worth several crores
2011-02-06 19:30:00

Bangalore, Feb 6 (IANS) Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, under attack for allegedly amassing wealth, Sunday declared that he had cash and jewellery worth crores of rupees besides property in Bangalore.

But the chief minister maintained that the assets were nowhere near the amounts alleged by the opposition.

The Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) first chief minister in south India said he owned cash and household items worth Rs.4.38 crore, 2.5 kg gold worth Rs.50 lakh and 75 kg silver worth nearly Rs.17 lakh.

He said he had 18 acres of land in his assembly constituency Shikaripura in Shimoga district, a house in one of Bangalore's upscale localities and also some commercial property.

He did not give the value of the land in his constituency, about 280 km from here, or the house in Bangalore's Raja Mahal Vilas Extension.

The chief minister said he also owned commercial property, bank deposits, life insurance policies and shares in a few companies.
