"Rinchen then told his jawans that they should behave properly with the POWs. Rinchen then addressed the prisoners: 'You are all brave and I appreciate your unbounded courage and absolute loyalty to your country..'
'It was your duty to fight for your country as best as you could and you did so. Now, since you have surrendered, you are our guests and friends.'" These were the words addressed to Pakis POW.How Humane! An Look what Pakis do to our Martyres. I salute you Col Renchen

It is belittling the supreme sacrifice made by our soldier brethren by comparing them in the same breath as our politicians (not all of them, thanks Bharat Mata). If they had an opportunity, they would sell their women-folk to fill their Swiss Banks.
Dear Indians, It is beacuse of these brave Soldiers that we are breathing freely (Well Almost!!) in the country. (I said 'Well Almost' because we do not have fear from enemies from abroad but from the enemies from within our country). It's a real pitty that these people are not the Icons of Young India. Young people have Icons only in Film Stars, Singers who are not worth it. Why this happens in our country? If Salman Khan comes to Banglore People gather to the extent that there is stampede there and we do not even know about Gallentery Awardees. I also didn't know about Major Rinchen and I am ashamed of myself. You can get information about the Gallentary Award Winners on the Indian Army Wesite on the following Link. http://indianarmy.nic.in/Site/FormTemplete/frmTempListOfAwardies.aspx
