top level army is 100% corrupt with the connivance of MoD. Jawans are treated as slaves. Jawans have no forum to raise their voice against the ill treatment and atrocities committed on them by the seniors, as they fear marshaling. Jawans are more or less in the same boat as unorganised private sectors. The only benefit is they enjoy canteen facilities which many, misuse. The next agenda of Anna should be on the welfare of Jawans as he had served the army for around 18 years.
