they took many lives, made many women widows and many kids orphan. The real heros are those who fight for poor indian, who fight for human rights and for whom each life is important.

He took the lives of only those who'd have done the same to him if they got a chance. He's definitely a hero. Your logic holds for those heads of the states who wage wars, not the soldiers who face the bullet in the battlefield and kill or get killed in the process. Their gallantry, bravery and unflinching patriotism is what that makes them a hero. Killing an enemy combatant is not murder, just saving yourself to fight the next day and win the war...
