In India, news of a case filed
by piri on Dec 23, 2011 12:21 AM  | Hide replies

in a Russian court seeking a ban on the Geeta has instantly hit the headlines in all sections of the media and has invited tens of thousands of postings, discussions and an immense lot of animatedly excited chatter.

In the Russian media, the filing of the case has not attracted attention at all !! This much is clear from a simple Google Russia search for news on the case !

And it is doubtful whether the news of the case will find many interested readers in Russia even if it is reported widely !! So much for the importance given in Russia for demonstrative religion !!

And it is not at all hard to see that few Russians would ever care if they are told that a case is filed against the Bibble (any version) in an Indian court !! For that matter, few Russians are likely to notice or care if they are told that in India, matters went beyond just filing a case against the Bibble and extended to an actual ban against the book !! They might as well turn around and confront those who provided the information with the surprised query whether India actually has courts and laws in place !!

Holy Gita ! ! !

.
Holy book Gita is a mentor for all human kind, doesn't matter a person is from which religion.

To understand Gita, one has to be a first human, intellectual, civilize, have mercy to all live creatures and a person has to be a truly patriot.

So clearly to respect and understand Holy Gita is not a capacity and ability of each and every person.

Jai Hind
