Why not include Dons Category. Dawood for instance or Zardari and certifie man of Peace.

yes, amul baby has given his overall performance. He is in drug case as well in rape case. But I doubtful whether he can rape because he is known for his chhakka performance.
I recommend the name of sonia firangi to receive the "Bharat Ratna" for her looting job and for organising record breaking scams, scandals and corruption during her 8 years as chairperson of the most corrupt UPA Govt. India have ever witnessed. I request All India corrupt Community to send her name to receive "Bharat Ranta" as outstanding corrupt congressee have ever performed. she broke all the records of her own party presidents created so far.
