Yeah,they are master in making such laws where there is BCCI corporate and mafia benefits.Only Lokpal can be delayed..
The Bharata Ratna award should be conferred to true sportsmen who excelled and brought highest laurels to the Nation. In my very frank opinion Sachin is not a befitting case to be considered for this award only for the records sake.

he won't get Bharat Ratna for that 1 single feet. May b by the time he retires he would score many more & be eligible.
The Govt. of India have relaxed the rules for the eligibility of Bharat Ratna. Now a citizen of this nation can get Bharat Ratna in any field. Now tell me who will receive a "Bharat Ratna" for scams, scandals and corruption in India??? Give top ten names of the persons in the field of corruption.
