but what to tell, all depends on our dirty and foul mouthed congress politicians who r always busy in vote bank politics! before giving award, they will see in which community, he or she belongs, do they make vote banks to appease the community!
so, oh come on, he belongs to another minority community, ur vote bank, at least now u provide to the REAL HERO in our life!

General Cardozo is ONE of his kind.....so was late Gen Pankaj Joshi (Vice Chief and first CDS) ...BUT DO PEOPLE KNOW THAT A PLOT OF LAND ALLOTTED TO HIM IN PUNE IS (FOR WHICH HE PAID THE THEN PREVAILING PRICE) IS BEING USURPED BY LOCAL POLITICIAN IN CONNIVANCE WITH BUEROCRATS?
