How CAN you miss Dig Vijay Singh??!! the one with the idiotic theories and dirty tounge..he is the epitome of every thing that Indians hate in politicians..
You've got it all wrong here because you have not included some of the most wanted names (like for example Rahul Gandhi)and you should have excluded some of the names (like for example Narendra Modi). Who paid you to conduct this poll because all the names are of Hindus (excluding Sonia Gandhi)?

dear brothers, CM Mayawati's name is missing too.... who i think if not the entire country but atleast every one in entire Uttar Pradesh is hating .. The so called poor "dalit ki beti" is right now the richest politician of country and perhaps can feature among world's top 10. Hope it will be payback time this coming year...

you seem too narrow minded in thought process Yes Its true they left out some names but the list got nothing to do with So called Hindu-Muslim List.
Well, why cant you conduct a poll on the "Most respected and admired politicians in India." Wait a minute, not a single name I can come up with. Can anyone help???
HE IS OBVIOUSLY THE MOST HATED POLITICIAN ,HIS BUSINESS RUNS FROM DRUGS ,MAFIA ,KINGPIN OF STAMP PAPER SCAM AND REAL ESTATE ,HE HAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE ASSETS WORTH MORE THEN 50,000 CRORES ,MOST OF WHICH PEOPLE BELIVE HAS BEEN IN SWISS BANK.
Its a right choice.. But few more names should be included to the list like.. Diggi, Sibbal, Lalu, Chiddu,Rahul, Singhavi...... Why rediff kept default selection to Narendra Modi? Anybody who voted accidently was gone with Narendra Modi..
